SAN DIEGO, CA ¾ Rancho Santa Fe Technology hired Marty Palecki, SPHR as Director of Human Resources. Ms. Palecki will focus her efforts on the day-to-day projects involved with running the HR department of a growing serviced-based company with three locations as well as long-range HR strategic planning.

As a seasoned human resources professional, Ms. Palecki’s immediate focus will be to develop and implement policies and programs geared to meet the needs of fast-growing Rancho Santa Fe Technology’s employees. Ms. Palecki is fully accredited as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), and will use her vast human resources knowledge to develop programs that will continue to ensure the employee retention and high morale of the company.
